Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel before work begins, your advance is refunded minus a processing fee.
• To cancel a monthly plan after work has started, give written notice at least 15 days in advance.
• Ad spend already paid to the ad platform is non-refundable.
• Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
